Oasis Caravan & Camping Accessories
Has anybody else used this company called Oasis Leisure or Oasis Caravan and Camping Accessories ?
I ordered a part from them for my caravan fridge but they delivered the wrong part and when I tried to contact them they simply ignored all my communications. Their phone is either constantly engaged or it diverts to an answering machine. They don't respond to emails and when I sent a letter by post they ignored that too.
I eventually lodged a claim with Paypal but Oasis ignore all requests for information from Paypal. My claim was successful and I received a full refund from Paypal (less item return costs).
I have never previously experienced such appalling service before and I would now advise any other potential purchasers to avoid this company. Has anybody else had experience of this company ?

If it is this company, replying to emails doesn't seem to be their strong point....

I have just had dealings with this company after a water pump I purchased in Feb has broken down. I purchased it through Amazon.
I have had exactly the same problems. Looking on Google reviews first would have made me buy from elsewhere. These complaints are common place with this company.
I have just contacted Amazon and they are going to refund me thankfully but it begs the question why amazon are still dealing with this company

We ordered off this company through Amazon also we never received any parts, Did not respond to any messages... still waiting for a refund!! I would not recommend from my experience, Wish I had looked at the reviews before buying looks like I am not the only one

just ordered a replacement dimmer switch for our Bailey caravan. Arrived two days after placing order , in original retail packaging. Great communication with Karl the owner of OAISIS.

Recently ordered a triple wine bottle holder which arrived broken. When I reported and told them that they should box it instead of sending in a plastic bag he told me that he knew more about packing than I did, and suggested he fix it myself. When I refused he replied, “oh, so you don’t like suggestions then”. I then threatened to go back to EBay for a full refund at which point he refunded me for the broken item. I put a negative comment on, only to receive another pathetic email thanking me for my “grizzle” and saying I was banned from his site. He also said he had gone back to EBay who were removing my comment and saying he had passed my name to his “mates in the business” so that they wouldn’t sell to me. There loss, I say.
