Arrived at Wirral Country Park site on a Sunday, booked in found pitch, went collected barrier fob.

Nexted day went off cycling returned to site for a rest and afternoon sleep, delivery truck arrived with running engine while it unload materials, nexted arrived a truck with machinery, work then  started and went on all afternoon. Spoke to the warden about this he stateded that the work could only done when the weather was dry and regional manger said was Ok.

My conmenets are has below

1. Why was it planned during summer and not the closed season

2. Why we where not informed when booked in or when the fob collected

3. Why the warden didn’t offer a pitch move

It might be better to write direct to the Site Team by e-mail or include the above comments in a review. You might get an answer here but I wouldn't bank on it.

Regarding a pitch move I am sure the wardens would have helped with that but I think it was probably up to you to make the request. It might have also been dependent on whether there were other pitches of the type you booked available?
