Hi Karen,
Sorry about the delay, have been away, but I am surprised no one has responded yet.
I have had one for a few years and would be lost without it, well, my wife would be. Saves a lot on time and hassle. There is another string on here with lots of advice. Do a search on Toll Tag. Also, have a look at the SANEF.co.uk web site. This is in Harrogate and all English speaking. I have a direct debit which takes the toll money at the end of the following month, no hassle, bill always correct. There are separate tags for France and Spain/Portugal. You can get your initial tag for free via offers with either The Cub or Eurotunnel. After that there is a €20 deposit, refundable on return. The first 2 months that you use it each year you have an admin charge of €6 pm. Only 2 months annually. Well worth it. Others on here will tell you that you can get a better deal direct with the toll companies in France, that’s your choice.
If you need any further advice please come back with any specific questions and I will try to help.

ATMB generally offer better deals than SANEF but you need to look out for them. We pay a very small amount for each month that we use it - no other charges. Very useful if you have a motorhome and short arms! The best part is the automatic barriers on busier routes where you can drive through at 30 kph.
