Hi all, here's a tip if you're thinking of travelling from North to South in Croatia, you can use jadrolinija website to book ferries across avoiding Bosnia and Herzegovina, this ferry goes from ploče to trpanj it is a standard crossing, you are not always guaranteed the time, it takes about an hour and a half, I stayed at camping galeb for 3nights, if you go to krka national Park don't get the 4 hour boat trip it's a waste of your afternoon, watch out for the wind it can be really hairy!
