Hi all

Hooked up our caravan to the mains at home as wanted to charge battery/chill fridge ahead of our trip and J have flashing red lights!  Initially flashing on the controls for both water heater and space heater (dials are set to 'off' btw) but I've got rid of the water heater one by turning from '''off" to "gas" and back again. Space heater one is persisting though. 3 flashes, pause, 3 flashes and so on.  Referring to the printed instructions I was given (2012 van) it says that this is due to low/high supply voltage "minimum operating voltage is 10v, max is 15v, when measured at the heater.  Check battery voltage. If between 10v and 15v, check connections between heater and battery. Check alternator or external battery charging. Clear lockout as described below." The clear lockout instructions are basically to turn off and back again within 2.5secs...except it's already off!  I don't know anything about checking connections.  I've tried turning off all the switches on the fuse box but light still flashes . Only way to turn off is using the 'master' switch on the control panel.  Any suggestions please?  The model numbers on the instructions are SH2002/SH2092B/SH2012(B)

Thanks
