    I think its all a matter of personal preference. Some CMC sites are very open so a non CMC site with hedged pitches might be seen as better for those who want a little more privacy. 

    As regards cleanliness,  I cannot see anyone improving on CMC sites, only equaling them. A CMC site with older facilities however may not seem as good as a non CMC site with brand new facilities.

    Too many variables to judge which is better a CMC site or a non CMC site; location, facilities, shop, nearby pub, layout, design of pitches etc., etc., etc.

    Everyone to their own!
