We have just bought a four month old Ssangyong Korando without a towbar, and have spent the last two weeks ringing around everywhere to try and find one. Nobody has any stock and nobody has any idea when stock expected.

According to the Caravan Club its the towcar of the year 2018.

Has advertising it this way caused the shortage, especially as they say FREE TOWBAR with a new Ssangyong Korando.

We are regular caravanners and to be grounded is so frustrating. If anyone out there has any idea where we can get one suitable we will travel to collect.

Meanwhile beware buying a Ssangyong Korando if you are hoping to tow your van in the near future.

I noticed the full page advert in this months mag for Ssangyong promoting the free towbar, so, if these items, which let's face it are a tad important, are scarce then why is the club allowing itself to become embroiled in possibly misleading club members? I wasn't aware of the problem until this thread so how many members have bought this car without realising the problem?
