Using Live Chat

Twice in the last 15 mins I have tried to use Live Chat and twice it has shut itself down. Most annoying after all the typing.

Anyone else had this problem

    i gave up after the second time because I didn't have any faith in it being right. Like a lot of the site

    Have just found out where the Live Chat disappeared to.

    I have just closed down the internet and there they were, both chat boxes lying on my desk top.

    That's something for IT to look into.

    I have the opposite problem in that it constantly pops up when I'm researching something but don't require assistance.

    Have you noticed that these live chat pop ups always seem to be stuck over the bit that you want to press?foot-in-mouth

    Had the misfortune to try and use this earlier in the week. Explained my problem and got a response totally ignoring what I was asking. Tried again and was deafened by the silent response😡

    I used it last night from my tablet. I got an instant response but the person was unable to answer my question, referring me to the site managers and/or suggesting that I phone membership services today! Not sure what the point of a web chat service is if they can't answer a simple question about leaving your caravan unattended.

    What was frustrating was the expectation that I would want to comment on the service after the chat had ended and the chat page highjacking my browser until I had made those comments.
