My new car has Mirror-link to which I can connect my Android phone. I would like to know which is the best Sat-nav to download that I can use through Mirror-link. We often use CLs that are off the the beaten track so it would have to be one that stored maps. I would be grateful for any advice on this.

CoPilot could be a candidate. It has been widely discussed so may be worth doing a search.

On a phone I personally like Sygic, but still think a dedicated unit is slightly better (for convenience).

Google maps and Waze are excellent free maps of you have a decent data package on your phone.

just ordered a mifi from 3. £8pm for 10 gb data and if you are a subscriber to Netflix already you can use the mifi without any data coming of you allowance. downloading co-pilot caravan on my Samsung tablet when mifi arrives so looks a good deal when added together. 4g network as well.
