Italy - Le Marche & Puglia

We are planning a trip in our 7.5m motorhome to Le Marche and Puglia regions of Italy starting there in May.   In Le Marche we have a route from Civitanovo to Ascoli Piceno via Sarnano which is in the Sibilline National Park Area.   If anyone has been into this area would appreciate any comments, especially if it was last year on routes that are open after the earthquakes and roads in general.   Have tried the TIO but no response.    Likewise, if anyone has information on Puglia we are looking at staying at Otranto and Alberobello and public transport to other places.   Any information would be helpful.   thanks.
