Disneyland Paris

This must have been asked before but I'd be grateful for any recommendations of sites near Disneyland Paris.  I hope to take my daughter and two grandchildren (8 and 5 years old) in motorhome at end of August.  If there's transport from site to park, that would be an advantage.

camping international de Jablines....service bust at site entrance direct to Disney, site next to large water sports park, great for walking, cycling..we even cycled along the canal straight into paris (monmartre).

    lovely site, too..

    Hi Anny,

You can book site Caravanning des 4 Vents with us which is about a 20 minute drive from Disneyland. You can also book your park tickets at the reception of the site.

Have a great time wherever you decide to stay.

    Kind Regards

    Tracy

Have a look at the Caravelair website - they have a range of very light caravans, but not the 'micro caravans' and with bed lengths of 1.95 metres.  There are several dealers in this country and they may have some second-hand vans in stock or you could target the Caravelair Antares in your google searches.

Sorry about my post appearing in this thread.  It was intended to go in another topic entirely, and I couldn't understand where it had gone to!  Now I know.

And yes, there is an Aire de Service Camping car (click for link) and you can use the toilets and showers which are reserved for coach drivers.

Not been myself but I believe that is still the case from another forum, not cheap though but it is right outside the park.

They run door to door coach service which means no driving on the day to Disney. Nice site with plenty for youngsters to do as well.

Yes, sorry about that!  I had two pages open at once and typed my reply into the wrong topic!

If you want to take up BoleroBoy's suggestion of Camping International de Jablines it might help to point out that it takes the ACSI Card from the 25th August, bringing the price down from 28 euros to 19 euros per night for the package of two adults, pitch, awning, and electric hook up,  then you'd pay the child supplement of 5 euros each for the children.  It may be worth purchasing the ACSI guide - and you can buy from the Caravan and Motorhome Club for £10.49 and you appear to be able to buy it as a non-member.

Thanks Val.  Your advice about ACSI card sounds very interesting.  Anything to keep expenses down!  I am a 'foreign' member and there are some restrictions but it is certainly worth looking into.
