Port of Calais closed - ferry aground

This lunchtime a ferry leaving Calais for Dover ran aground just outside the harbour, in extreme weather, The port of Calais is apparently now closed because of this weather.

I hope no one from here is affected, and that those who are are able to continue their trip as soon as possible.

    I think it was actually reopened before I posted laughing- but that's good news for those travelling!
