Swift front window cracking
Our 2015 Swift caravan single front window cracked around the top and down both the outside and inside sheet. There is on sign of any contact to cause the cracking and I applied for repair under warranty. This was rejected as they said that the window cracking is the result of a chemical attack. We have only occasionally cleaned the windows and always in line with the instructions in the user manual so I do not understand how we can have caused a chemical attack. Am not sure what my next action should be. Has anyone ha, or know of, a similar experience?

I'm sure I've heard similar stories before, W50. Perhaps someone else will know the details.
Have you searched other forums?
PS. One piece windows take a terrific buffeting when you tow and I suspect that near centre crack is the very place where most stress will be impacting on the window. It might be an insurance job.

Saw a pheasant just miss the windscreen of a car once, only to hit the caravan behind it. Feathers everywhere but don't know if any van damage resulted but I guess a bird strike may be possible, hardly chemical mind. Those that have hit windows at home leave little evidence, if any, save a few faint dusty marks on the glass and feathers, or body on the ground below.

This thread is showing as a triplicate on latest discussions. 2 at 2.47 and 1 at 2.48. More than probable it was nothing you did - just a joy of CT. Just pointing it out on each one as you may have trouble tracking replies and the thread 😲
Edit I see this one has replies other 2 don't at this point.

Looking at the photo it appears to me that there are two cracks, one on the exterior glazing and one on the interior. That is slightly puzzling in my opinion.
Would expect chemicals to show some 'solvent smears' making the material having a slightly opaque appearance.
