Nasty nasty disease.  I watched my dad's elder brother die from this more than 30 years ago.

The  wonderful  thing  is  that  sufferers  are  now  able  to  use  Social  Media  to  publicise  their  illness  and  in  doing  so  aid  everybody  else  with  that  particular  problem.  As  they  say--"there's  no  such  thing  as  bad  publicity"  especially  when  it  comes  to vicious,  nasty,  horrid  but  slow  progress  illnesses.

My  very  Best  Wishes  go  to  those  suffering,  and  also  to  those  supporting  them.
