I have a good friend who has a 2016 Elddis Crusader Storm 2016 yr model, which when exposed to hot weather has an issue that the side wall seems to expand away from the internal cabinates/furniture. When it cools down the gap seems to close up again. He has just had to send Elddis loads of photos for the warranty claim, but wondered if anyone else has suffered from the same issue with their Elddis Solid caravan ???

Fortunately I have not got a problem such as yours

However I find that the creaking and groans when the SOLID structure expands and contracts, whether it be via internal heating or external temperature change, is very off putting particularly when I have just dropped off.

My 2000 Swift has always done that when subjected  to extremely hot weather, I would have thought it was quite normal for such a large sheet of material to expand, once it went out so far that the drop down tv table missed the lug rest completely. Despite that it has always gone back to normal and is still watertight after 17 years.
