German Umwelt Plakette discussion here Details of the Umwelt Plakette here https://www.germanemissionssticker.com/ be careful where you buy online as the price is often inflated, many of use have purchased from here https://www.berlin.de/labo/mobilitaet/kfz-zulassung/feinstaubplakette/shop.86595.en.php They can also be purchased in Germany at most car dealers but if using this method make sure you don't enter one of the zones in order to purchase as you risk a fine.

This is an interesting website that gives information on what vehicles are allowed to enter certain cities and zones, with useful maps.

A word of caution about buying these stickers. Please read the discussion as it is easy to pay over the odds for these stickers if you don't use the official channels for purchase. All the information you need is noted within the two discussions.
