Site on Costa Brava
Thinking of going to Costa Brava next year and seek a small , sheltered site, near a town or village, not in mountains. Must have good facilities and possibly near coast, does such a place exist?

Hobit20, I've asked if a moderator can move your post to the Overseas section where it will get more reponse, but I would also suggest that you have a look at the Eurocampings website (Click for link, it's not Eurocamp but an ACSI website) where you will find lots of sites. Some are large, some smaller, but depending on when you are going some sites can be quiet in the early and late parts of the season. Sites in Spain do tend to be larger than most of us prefer, but even so there are some absolutely lovely sites. We holidayed in Spain a couple of years ago, in early season, and had a lovely quiet pitch at the edge of a very large site (L'Amfora at St Pere Pescador) where the only thing we could hear was birdsong - and the facilities were state of the art, with a marbled washblock, with five star hotel showers, basins and toilets.
If you need 'flat' then the area around the Bay of Roses is flatter but the dramatic scenery is on the Costa Brava to the south where even seaside sites may have walks up and down cliffs or steep paths to get to the beaches.
