Help please, getting nowhere with garage. We have a Fiat Ducatto motorhome. Gears work for about two hours then become stiff and unable to move into first and second gear or reverse. When cooled down work properly. Had new clutch and gear oil . Still problem happens. Seem to be pouring money and getting nowhere. Anyone she'd light on our problem.Thankyou.

Get them to check the gear change cables,we had a similar problem with our 2004 Boxer the cables "stretched" when gearbox warmed up,making it difficult as in your case

It may have been helpful to have given the year and engine size as there has been many changes over the years.
It could be stiffness in the gear linkage that worsens as it heats up. Most Ducatos suffered from water ingress under the bonnet that could affect the gear linkage. Check for rust stains in the joints and try to get some oil into them. The gearchange cables could also be the cause.
