ACSI ID Card

I am registered with ACSI and have been trying to get an ACSI ID card via the ACSI Website but keep getting my home address bounced  ( Error message says enter your town name even when I have already entered it)!  

Has anyone else had problems with the ACSI website or attempts to oder an ACSI ID card from them?

    I haven't actually ordered one, but just tried the process, and find that once I'm logged in the fields in the order form are populated automatically with my ACSI membership details.  However, I did see that our home town is actually under 'City'.  I'm sorry this isn't really any help and if you can't get any further then I would ring them up - they speak good English and we've always been able to get through.

    Thanks ValDa - I got exactly the same as you did- then it freezes. I think I shall have to phone them.

    I had one of those cards once upon a time but used it so rarely that I didn't renew the card that comes with the ACSI booked is all I have been asked for.  I had trouble with the ACSI website and my address to so now order from Vicarious Books.
