Gas barbecue connection

Hello,

I have a swift challenger 480 with an external gas tap on the side of the van. What type of connection. Is there a quick release type connector or will i just need a length of appropriate tubing and a jubilee clip?

    You will need an 8mm quick fit connector, you can get them online and most accessory shops should sell them. There is also a recall on some Truma gas points because they can leak.

    I saw that too Boff about the recall, I have swopped my Senator, which had the push fit and valve on off, to a swift 580 which is the push in and turn counter clockwise, was wondering if the recall affecting me at all ,sorry if Ive swayed from the OPs question..

    Hakinbush have a look on the Truma web site ref your bbq valve. I am sure that if it is a YELLOW type handle, and dated 2016--2017 on the outer ring, then it could be a recall.
