To make this short so that I don't get lost or bore members. New van coming in April want satellite in front lounge and rear bedroom from a twin LNB can you use the outside sat connection to feed the front lounge. Then use the outside coax connection via a F adapter to feed the bedroom outlet and use two receiver's.

Steve

PS   this is to be supplied from a portable dish.

There is no reason why you should not be able to do as you suggest.

I have a  twin feed wired into my lounge, which does not use the factory fitted satellite feed in the battery box. That is for my sky box. The cable comes into the van through an external hatch at the front of the van.

I can then take a feed from the other lnb sockets (the dish has a quad lnb) and send the signal to the bedroom TV, via another satellite receiver.

Thanks Simon it's just as I thought but it's good to hear from someone who has done something similar that helps.
