Has anyone had any experience of taking a dog to Denmark & Sweden. We intend to use the ferries whilst there to travel between the countries. How dog friendly is Scandinavia. Many thanks for any advice.

Is it easy to travel between the countries with a dog or are there any additional rules other than the  normal dog passport etc?

    In the Clubs Touring Europe, Seweden section it advises the use of insect repellant measures, giving the impression that this is a major problem. Has anyone got experience of conditions in May and June.
