South of France

Hi Everybody, hope you are all well, if anybody can help I would be truly grateful. We have changed our plans for this year we was going to Italy but now want to go to the south of France. Can anybody tell us of a good site near a beach but with plenty to see near by, with a little piece of quiet. I know I'm looking for heaven lol. Also can anybody tell us of a site along the route to the south of France we can stop and stay.
