Rosslare Southern Ireland

Taking motorhome trip to Southern Ireland at end of February. Any suggestions please for stop over in or near Rosslare?  We would be quite happy to stay in a hotel if they gave permission to park motorhome in their car park. We wish to take a break at end of ferry journey before tackling the trip going West stopping of at Tipperary, on to Kilarney and then on to relatives further South. 

Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks.
