An Olymoic Gold Medal should go to Allan of CamelCo - The Caravan Clinic (Mobile Servicing of Nottingham).  A very tiny hot water leak from my Carver water heater to the outside of my caravan was met with raised hands of despair from everybody I spoke to with each one saying spares were not available but they could fit a new heater.  

Allan - no raised hands, calm reassuring.  He arrived on time in a superbly equipped outfit - with the Caravan Club approval as a qualified service agent.  We always expect the highest standard from The Club - that is why we always use its sites - and Allan certainly emulated that serice standard, he was so well presented he could have gone out to dinner in his work clothes, even his portable tool box was imaculatly laid out.  He assessed, diagnosed, explained and corrected the fault with spares from his van then tested and chatted whilst we built up a head of hot water and all within the hour.  

Suberb skill and excellent execution followed by a bill that was far too LOW for the service I recieved - and he refused when I wanted to pay extra, after all I was expecting a £400 bill for a new heater.
