our first caravan was an impulse buy. We had just been for a day to the coast, all we thought we could afford as we has only been married 3 months. It was a freedom, just 9 x 6 feet. We towed this with a Nissan cherry 120a. We has this great little van over 10 years and sold it for what we paid 10 years later with 3 holidays every year, even when things got tight
We have been married 34 years and have had a caravan ever since. I now do some of the towing as my husband has a heart problem. We have owned 6 caravans in this time, our current caravan is a swift challenger 570SR, 2011 we love this van, with the extra window at the front, light just floods in.
