Dilemma time help needed.............

WooHooo! after three years of trying I've finally secured a weekend at Clumber Park (even though it's only 10 miles from home). My dilemma is, do I use the weekend myself or offer it on ebay to secure a comfortable retirement for the wife and I? Rarer than a ticket for the 100m final at the Olympics!!!
