One of my rear bulbs was not working so I decided to change it. First I tried to uncrew the light cluster and found that some of the screwswere very loose. After changing the bulb and placing back the cluster I found that I could not tighten some of the screws. I found through research that these are Rawlnuts which are made of rubber and that when compressed, grip behind like a rawlplug. I tried to order these from Bailey and they sent the wrong size. Through trial and error I discovered they are M4 size which is hard to get and they are expensive. Instead I devised a work around using Plastiplugs and rubber grommets. The light cluster seems to be holding well. Also the bulb holders kept poping out so I threaded tiny pieces of plastic through the clips to force them open more. I supose this type of thing is to be expected for the age of the caravan but at least this investigation prevented me from being charged by a dealer to put it right. Hope this helps any of you with the same problem.
