We have received the 2013 ACSI brochures, but as far as we can see, you just turn up at the sites and present your ACSI card.  We have never been to Europe with our caravan before, but we are wondering whether it is quite safe to just "turn up" or whether
some of the sites could be full on arrival.  Does anyone have experience of these sites please.
