Help on arrival at the campsite

I have just bought a caravan for me and my 3 daughters as my husband is always  working at weekends i thought why not.  But it is incedibly complicated and i wondered whether you can call ahead and ask if there is anybody who could help me when i arrive,
getting the caravan off the car, setting up the water/waste/electricity?  I will have two dummy runs at it at home but i am very fearful of the whole process on arrival at my first destination.  Any thoughts?
