What does the NCC do?
I was wondering what does the National Caravan Council actually does?
I have seen and heard many reports of defective caravans, and poor workmanship, and to be balanced I am sure there are many that haven't had any problems.
I have had some bad experiances with NCC approved dealers and service centres. In my experiance after sales means they forget who you are, loose your number, and won't call you back if you call them.
So if the NCC is here to protect us, how are these dealers and service centres and even manufactures allowed to continue to be accreditied?
It appears to me that as long as you have had one member of staffed NCC trained, then that is it, away you go, and unsuspecting customers (me) who have decided to try caravanning, do there research, and buy from an approved dealer that are giving a warrenty
just to make sure you have no issues, only to find.....
