When we bought our Avondale Dart caravan some 3 years ago, we had a motor mover put on, an Easi-Mover from Riversway Leisure.  Last month, the reverse stopped working.  We contacted Riversway (they used to be in Preston, but are now in Coventry) as the easi-mover
was still under warranty, and they subsequently (after a few calls) sent us a replacement box.  We then asked our son if he would fit it (he is a professional in this type of thing, in fact, he would more than likely be able build his own model).  Anyway,
he came down, and dismantled the old one, and found out how awful the soldering was inside the unit (he was appalled at the workmanship).  He then found a separate fuse box (something to do with the connection of the wiring from the switch-on through to the
unit - sorry I don't know the termonology) and found it had been wedged under the main fuse box of the caravan which is encased in a metal box.  The small fuse-type box belonging to the mover had been wired up with bare wires showing at the top, which if it
had connected to the metal box of the main fuse box could have started a fire.  So please beware of any maintaince (this had been fixed by a so-called expert by Riversway) that you may have done.  We were very lucky.
