It was Guy Fawkes night last night.  The men at the time were caught, charged with treason (even though they weren't selling secrets to other countries) they were tortoured and executed.  If they did the same today, what would be their sentence - I would
think 5 years suspended sentence, 30 hours community service (probably helping children to build a bonfire) and £1,000 fine for upsetting the MPs -
what are your theories?
