Does anyone have problems in receiving paperwork on their tracking subscription. Our caravan came with the first years free subscription. I renewed it with a lifetime rate and was promised an email and written documentation in the post. I have phoned reminders and was promised they would come but with no success. I posted a request on Tracker`s website with no response. Last year I accidently had the alarm switched on in the caravan whilst it was being towed.It was some distance before I realised. There was no response or phone call from Tracker. It does not inspire confidence should your caravan be stolen
