CLs - How Busy?

We have just rejoined the CC after a gap of several years. We now have a motorhome with onboard toilet/shower etc (our last caravan had no shower and a portaloo!!). 

We would therefore like to make use of CLs. 

I notice that for CC main sites most weekends at this time of year are fully booked, except those with no toilet block, where there is usually plenty of space.

With CLs, are most fully booked at weekends in July and August? Are those with no toilets easier to get onto at weekends?
