Do wardens read the reviews

When looking for a site I always look at the reviews,but only as a guide as some of the bad reviews are just picky people that want everything 100%, you can't please everyone, but do the wardens read them as I have never seen a response to a bad review, I know our wardens are busy & the majority of them are super, but it would be nice to see if there was a valid reason for some of the comments made on reviews
