I hope I'm posting this in the right place, but I wanted to say a big thank you to Ann at the Overseas Booking office for all her help today. We are off to Holland, Luxembourg and Germany for 3 weeks soon and as I started to get things organised I relaised
that my lovely email provider, during an upgrade, had Deleted User all my saved emails including the booking and site details, (trying to stay paperless). In a panic I rang rang the club and Ann was brilliant, re sending the email and confirming dates for me, so
that I could then take out the Red Pennant Insurance. All sorted in one call and a huge weight off my mind. Thank you Ann, for all your help, now getting excited about our second overseas trip!!!
