We booked on a very nice CL near Cardiff, but when we wanted to pay, we were given an envelope and told to complete details and put payment inside.

Fair enough as they wanted membership number and name however I thought asking for home address, home telephone number and email address a tad over the top.  Not much point in supplying a telephone number if you are already on site?  We jsut completed the
very basics.

However we would recommend the site as it was very convenient to a number of places and we did enjoy our stay.
