Torquing up the wheels
In the latest CC magazine ther is a letter about torquing up the wheels on the caravan before setting off. Apparently the writer started off on a journey and the wheel fell off. Caravan had been for a service 2 months previous. Why does this happen to
caravans and not cars?
For some of us to go around re-torquing is physically difficult. Plus if you use a budget tool, you may casue damage anyway. Apparently these torque tools need to be re-calibrated at least once a year at a cost?
How many people on this forum torque their wheels before every trip?
