Brittany ferries and camping cheques
We are proposing to travel with our caravan from Portsmouth to St Malo next year in May / June. From there down to the Vendee region and find a quiet site not too far from a beach that allows dogs as we have 3 Yorkshire terriers. We propose staying for
about 6 weeks including travelling.
We obviously would like to find out the best ways tor edcue costs and were wondering if it is cost effective to buy camping cheques as we prefer quieter sites without swimming pools, club houses etc. Don't mind if there is a restaurant on site but not essential.
We would like to make a booking now, but are unsure about the camping cheque stuff plus we have to phone the CC to book the dogs on board. Is it wise to buy Camping Cheques or are they just another unnecessary expense on top of the RP insurance. The cost
of a CC escorted tour is way beyond our budget.
