Time to update POI file?

I have noticed that a number of newer CLs are not on the POI file download. This creates problems for us and also for the owner of the new CL who obviously wants our business. A CL, Herberts Field which has been open since March last year is not on the
POI download?
How often do the caravan club update the list with the correct co-ordinates?
