Disabled toilets on CC sites

I am wondering whether the disabled facities on all CC sites have now had RADAR locks fitted instead of having to pay a refundable depsoit which needs to be collected when leaving the site.
Tough if you have to stand in a queue behind several people booking in when you are leaving just to get back your £5!
