Help! adapter lead Dordogne

Hi,

we are currently at a campsite nearish Sarlat.

however we turned up without the required adapter for the power cable, didn't know I needed one.

we have managed to borrow one to get us out of a sticky situation but will need one in a few days, does anyone know anywhere that sells them.

i have asked in reception but they sent us on a wild goose chase. Thanks in advance.
