medication abroad

canhe can anyone assist please?  we are planning to travel in Europe in our motorhome for two to three months - maybe longer.  my wife has to take regulardaily medication and we are not sure if/how we can get a sufficient supply either from the uk or in
Europe to cover this length of absence from home.  thoughts/advice greatly appreciated.
