CLs for children - offering something extra
Hello everyone - someone posted on Club Together recently that they didn't know what CL sites offered something extra for children. Can anyone help? Let us know where you have stayed and besides the great big outdoors if the CL offered anything extra to help keep the children entertained such as playground or trampoline or farm animals etc.
A few that I know about are:-
Norley Farm in the New Forest - offer Farm Walks for adults and children amongst their donkeys and llamas and is run by a retired vet
Furze Cottage in Woodhall Spa has been designed with a family retreat in mind - check out their trampoline and activity centre or consider pond dipping
Stacksteads in Carnforth has an on site leisure centre with a 15 metre indoor swimming pool which costs £5 per adult and £3 per child. I am sure the CL owners would be happy to provide you with more details. Have a look on our website for their contact information thanks Sandie
