So as from next year all new  cars have to have a tracker / black box built into them yes the E U says so.  This is not to spy on us where we are ect   But
to track us if we have an accident , to aid police, fire, and ambulance service, Mmmmmm , why don't they just micro chip us all at birth like our pets
