Where to stay in the Loire? First time in France

Hi, we,ve never been abroad before with the caravan, 2 of us with a new dog, the Loire looks good and accessable, we thought of staying for 5 days ish in the country side , then another 5 days on the coast, we want a quietish holiday with some sight seeing,
vineyards etc, any recommendations or advice is welcome please
