Difficulty reading Annual Member Meeting reports

The website contains reports from recent AMMs in PDF format.  Unfortunately these are displayed in A3 page format which makes them both difficult to read on screen and next to impossible to print easily on an A4 printer, which is what the vast majority of members will have.

I am sure this is not deliberately to stop members perusing these reports, but the effect is certainly to make it more difficult than it need be.

Hoping that someone staff side will pick up on this and get these reformatted to display as single A4 pages.
