Floe water draindown system, does it work?

Has anyone had any experience of using the Floe draindown system to winterise water systems?  As in a previous caravan our current motorhome has hot and cold water pipes running over a wheel arch then down to floor level on route to the washroom taps without any drain point being provided.   I need a sure way to purge water out of this section, and having just seen the Floe system video, wonder if it is as effective as claimed.  Floe website here
