Aidrian Flux - anyone with claims experience?

There have been a few folk on various threads who have praised the low cost of insuring with Aidrian Flux. As our m/h insurance is coming up for renewal I thought I'd give them a call soon.  But before I do, has anyone had claims experience with this broker?  I ask because I found this discussion which gives a rather different take on how good they are to deal with.
